Refund & Shipping Policy

  1. Overview Kanmark Media sells digital marketing services and digital products. Due to the intangible, non-returnable nature of digital products and work performed, most digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
  2. Digital products All digital products (templates, courses, reports, downloadable tools, accounts, licenses) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
  3. Services
  • Small projects and one-off tasks: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will review and attempt to remedy the issue. Refunds for services are rare and issued only at our discretion after evaluation.
  • Retainers and ongoing services: Retainer fees cover hours and resources reserved for you. If you cancel a retainer, we will refund any unused portion pro-rata after deducting work already completed and expenses incurred, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we will respond and provide evidence of delivery. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  1. How to request a refund Email office@kanmarkmedia.com with:
  • Your name and contact details
  • Order/invoice number
  • Reason for refund and proof (if applicable) We will acknowledge within 5 business days and respond with next steps.
  1. Exceptions We may make exceptions where required by law or at our discretion.

Shipping Policy (Digital Goods)

  1. No physical shipping Kanmark Media primarily delivers digital services and digital products. There is no physical shipping for digital products.
  2. Delivery methods Deliverables and digital products are delivered by one or more of the following:
  • Email to the address you provide.
  • Shared links via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar cloud storage.
  • Client portal or project management platforms (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) where applicable.
  • Direct uploads to client accounts (with client permission).
  1. Delivery timing Delivery timelines are defined in the SOW or product description. For digital products, access is usually provided immediately after payment; some items may require up to 48 hours for processing.
  2. Access issues If you don’t receive a digital product, check spam/junk folders and contact office@kanmarkmedia.com. We will re-send access links or files.
  3. Refunds and returns Digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded (see Refund Policy).
  4. Taxes and duties All taxes, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
